How about having the chance to remove the soul bound from ONE item of your choice across all your characters every year as a account birthday present.

I can’t see a thing wrong with that. Though I would rather anet make that a gem store item.

I love this idea. You should be able to remove the “soulbound” aspect indeed, but your chance to do it should be rare. So it would be perfect for Bday gifts.

Also it would be so much better than what they did with the first character Bday. Everyone (and also every character of yours) the same Mini? Really? I have 4 Mini Queen Jennahs at the moment, very useless and very disappointing…

I agree with this but if they did decide to make a gem store item to change soul bound items it should be to make it account bound

You guys are aware you already CAN move soulbound items right?…

I suspect this idea appeals mostly to those who have a Legendary on a character they no longer play. Otherwise I can’t see there is much of a need for this. You can already break the soulbinding and transfer any item you want.
