Ok. I kindly suggest that ArenaNet start taking some responsibility for their community and start answering people on the forum. People are upset. People are frustrated. But most importantly people are looking for answers. They are getting next to nothing.
Frustration is growing and you are losing a part of your fanbase. You could have made this kittentorm (There were no other fitting word for this) go away on 1 day if you had communicated with your fanbase about any of the recent events, instead of letting people down by letting them shout to your back. Instead people are going to be louder and louder until they reach the breaking point where they don’t care anymore. I’d hate to see that happen.
How’s that for legitimate?
