Will use Bloodlust to demonstrate.
Current behavior:
When you kill a mob with a weapon of Bloodlust, perform check. If you have 25 stacks of Bloodlust, or you have any stacks of Life, Corruption or Accuracy, do nothing. Otherwise, add a stack of Bloodlust.
Proposed behavior:
When you kill a mob with a weapon of Bloodlust, perform check. If you have less than 25 stacks of Bloodlust, add one stack of Bloodlust. Then, remove one stack each of Life, Corruption and Accuracy.
Reason for improvement:
Having one stack of Corruption by accident won’t stop you from gaining stacks of Bloodlust until next down. Allow builds that, for example, build either Bloodlust or Corruption depending on which weapon is held (like a Necromancer with an Axe of Bloodlust and a Scepter of Corruption)
Kill yourself. Problem solved
Never ran into this issue myself, but I can see where this gets annoying if you’ve got a reason to use more than one type of stacking buff.
Maybe they can just allow you to ‘click to remove’ your buffs like most games do
I’ve run into this. It’s particularly annoying when superior bloodlust won’t override or stack with even minor bloodlust. Please fix!
