Hello fellow adventurers,

I really like the guild armor and weapons, but the armor doesn’t fit in any good armorset and the weapons are too small to be actually noticed. But I really want to show everyone in what Guild I am without them klicking on my Name to see it.

For that I have an obvious Idea. Cloaks. I didn’t played GW1 but I know that there were Cloaks, why don’t we have some Guild Cloaks in GW2? Just a cloak which background colour can be specified by the leader and the Blazon of the Guild.
It would be really cool if you have a WvW Zerg all with the same cloak.

And I have another Idea. The Guild banners look a bit like a little child found some sticks in the woods of Queensdale, painted a piece of white paper and put it all together with the hair of a dolyak. How about the option for a guild, to buy a superior banner, with a big Wooden staff and great banner waving with the wind. That would be a eyecatcher! Also you should be able to interact with the banner and a text designed by the guild would appear. In that way you could make advertising for your guild much easier.

That are my two ideas, tell me what you think, don’t hold back your opinion, I will appreciate any kind of critism. Also correct my grammar if I’m wrong at some points, I don’t speak english natively and I’m still learning.

I think that I read in another discussion that capes weren’t introduced because of the problems with clipping. The armor on my Charr has enough of that without a cape.

I would have a solution for that. Since the charr are the only race that I see where it could get a little bit problematic, why not just stick the cloak at the back from the neck down to hip with a little belt and then the tail divides the hanging part of the cloak, if you can follow me.
