I personally, with how many bugs there are; specifically on Dynamic event and skill point glitching, and even more so with the “my character got jumped 10 story level quest” issues, I think we need to have an ability to contact a GM in game to solve an issue.

I agree 100%. Champions Online had a feature like this, made solving bugged things such as events so much more simple.
