I would love to see a system in which we can view our sent messages, and delete or save them just like the inbox messages. Its nice to be able to confirm your message was sent, and at a later date – still refer to it if neccessary.

I agree with this, it would be great to have this feature! And I would also appreciate to be able to keep a higher number of PMs sent from my contacts, instead of just so few. It shouldn’t be hard to implement, seeing that you can receive and keep undeleted way more mails sent whenever there is some heart done and such…

wholly concur with this in addition to — rather than show a character’s name, perhaps a combo of character/account name? not ALL of us only play one character!
