There should be an Etc in the subcategories for each category, because there are many cases that don’t fit any of the sub category.
There should be a Combat category too, with subcategories such as General/PvE/PvP/WvW/etc. I can’t find any category relevant to report a combat bug.
One more suggestion: Auto paste the current zone and subzone names into the edit box or a button to do it would be nice. I find it really awful trying to get those text into the edit box because none of them are on your screen and you need to open the map, take down the note to type them back into your edit box. I thought I don’t need a pen and a notepad while facing a computer?
