Increase vote kick count to 3 yes's
Having the vote on 1-2 is non sense anyways. I mean seriously. You’re a group. At least more than half of the group (having a majority) should be required.
this or even 4 out of 5.
Indeed you should agree if you want to be kicked xDDD
What did you do to make them kick you??
Even though I rarely do pickup groups and mostly stick to guild groups where this isn’t a problem, I agree that a MAJORITY (aka 3, and not 2) votes should be required to kick someone.

Me? nothing, one of the two guildies that were with me was new to the dungeon and he kinda messed up a bit at Bjarl and the alarm part but that’s not a good reason to kick him, and since we were 3 guildies they knew we’d have reinvited him so they just kicked us all.
That was the whole reason of the kicks and definitely not a good one.
Well, assuming they kicked you in front of the boss to get their friends in, they wouldn’t use gw2lfg.com to search others. It’s more likely that you screwed up multiple times at the endboss, so they kicked you. Your story is just too odd.
But making the vote to three wouldn’t change the issue. It’d be surprisingly awkward in a three man party to kick the offline guy.
Unfortunately you can’t prevent malicious actions. Some guild members might invite a single (or two) members, kick them before the reward and invite other guild members, regardless of the vote-kick. To be sure to not be kicked out, open the dungeon yourself, but then you might be the malicious one others wouldn’t want to join with.
I will accept the fact that some people can be jerks, but I have only ever pugged any dungeons and I’ve never experienced this, so I really have to agree that the fault was probably on the kickee, not the kicker.

Even if his story is odd and flawed, and maybe a lie, I think it’s only fair that only a majority can decide to kick a group member.
That’s how democracy works, and as “some famous guy” said:

Maybe a Lie? Fault on the kickee? Story just too odd?
First of all I apologize for my english. The whole story is simple, 3 guildies (us) and 2 pugs (which were friends), 1 of our guildies was new to the dungeon and he messed up a bit.
The 2 pugs were elitist jerks and decided to kick him along with me and the other one (cause we were his guild mates and we would have reinvited him back).
@Nretep: Your reply is kinda rude, first of all I’m not dumb and I went to check gw2lfg myself and seen the kicker advertising for 3 more, clearly they weren’t the mature kind either with their “NO FRENCH” line in their comment.
Secondly upping the vote to 3 would prevent such abuses from happening much less, It won’t solve the problem entirely but it will surely make an improvement.
Now I understand this doesn’t happen all the time but I see no reason why it should be put aside.
Yes i have to agree with this, I have actually done it to a friend. At the end of a lvl 24 fractal he decided to get the chest before rezzing me. Now we kinda laughed it off after excessive cursing but i could see how it could help 2 trolls from kicking the whole group.
It is rather ridiculous that you only need two people to kick right now. This sort of story is quite commonplace because of how easy it is to kick people. The system as it is makes it very easy to abuse, upping it to three people, AKA the majority, would eliminate more than just a few abuses of the system.
As it stands, not much that can be done besides either making sure you only use 1 PUG person, or make sure you and your friends start the dungeon. I commonly hop into the dungeon myself before we even put up an ad to prevent a ninja of the instance owner.
