I am not sure if it is just me but I think it would be nice if the next major update or expansion would bring an increase in server population sizes. It would give everybody a second chance to get onto a server they may have wanted to join rather than simply having to hope that people move off the server.

Its more a concurrency thing than anything. Try looking to transfer weekdays at non peak times

The populations for each server are how many accounts are connected to them and not how many people are logged in unfortunately.

Funny anet themselves have said try different times of day to find it go from full to high
