Will individual item restoration ever be available? Because some of us have probably lost a valuable item or two. In my case. All my characters got deleted. Luckily I had a large amount of items in the bank. Still, I lost a lot of them in the process, but what I miss the most is my Flaming Halloween Book. I really do want it back :/

They have account restoration since February 7th. It’s a one time thing.

You contact support and put in a ticket.

I would be cautious about playing. You are going to lose all progress anyway and if you do something they think is trying to scam the system, like give stuff to friends or put it in the guild bank (so you could get the items back and have twice as many) then they may refuse to restore your account.

It happened right after the Wintersday event. Started to play again recently. Finished all Super Adventure Box achievements. Don’t want to lose those :/

Plus, i want to leave my one time account restoration for a more critical situation. Like being hacked.

Guess i´ll have to wait & see. Maybe someday individual item restoration becomes available. That book looked so cool
