Is there any chance of this being implemented?

It would help a lot for servers to organize various events and build their community. Specific server forums on guildwars2.com will automatically have far more exposure than any fan-created server community simply from being on the official website.

Something worth considering, but I can understand if you want to keep the forum somewhat confined while you are still making sure you have enough staff to support it all.

Server forums are really needed to help nurture a strong community. Where are people supposed to boast, organise WvW and recruit without individual forums?

This is one of the main things I feel is missing from these forums. Guild recruiting, among other things, seems a bit convoluted since there is only one place for all guilds to post.
