The Infinite Gathering Tools were made account bound, and the infinite salvage kit is also account bound. For convenience, I think that these items should be in your “inventory” kind of like the Dungeon Tokens, where all characters have access to them without having to transfer them between characters, I mean, who wants to have to log in/out 3 times to get a salvage kit onto another character.
