First impressions are important, and there have been a few people (possibly more) who have gotten frustrated with the GW2 downloader when trying to install it for a trial weekend. When they close the downloader when it is at 75% or any number, only to find that it goes back to 0% when they try to continue their download the next day, they become frustrated thinking the download started all the way over (when in actuality it does not, it counts the total files remaining).

The most efficient way to solve this problem would be to leave a note explaining the download process while it is running, please do not waste development time reformatting the installer when it can be solved more easily.

It may be late, but the result would leave players more willing to download a big game like GW2 for free trial weekends.

Another minor suggestion could be an in-game hint explaining combo fields and combo finishers, though most players would most likely self-learn by the time they reach 80. One downside is that it could create a bonding experience between an experienced player and a beginner, and social aspects of an MMO are one of the most important parts of keeping players interested.
