Invisible Bags - Items Not Seen at Trading Post
I think this is a reasonable request and shouldn’t be too hard to implement. But seriously, how do you sell stuff on the TP by accident? I can totally understand double-clicking stuff on a merchant, but this is hilarious.
It also be nice if Invisible Bags also hid its items from the Mystic Forge.
If only so that I don’t accidentally put my alternate weapons into it, when I’m not paying attention. Blasted newly created items showing up at the bottom of the list, right after my alternate weapons.

Oh, the “sell on trading post” tab is kinda a mess. I have mystic forge conduit as the last thing on my inventory in an invisible bag. However on trading post, it appears as if it was in the middle of my inventory. So its easy to mistake greens and other weapons you are using, especially if you had similar weapons in your bags you were actually going to sell.

I keep one of each weapon type my profession can use in my invisible bag. I use them as the situation dictates. However, if i don’t keep careful track of what I’m selling while at the TP it is very easy to sell something you intended on keeping which has happened to me a couple of times.
I think this is annoying enough to be considered a bug, and shuld be fixed ASAP.
I have to doublecheck multiple times, as I use the bags to keep lots of items I don’t want to sell anywhere, not even the Trading Post.
I actually use the invisible bag to store stuff I want to put on the trading post, because everything I use is already soulbound and all my crafting materials are in the bank. If they make invisible bag get ignored by trading post then I think there should be a trading post bag that works the same way as the current invisible bag.
I’m guessing you are trying to keep your mini-pets safe? All weapons I’ve seen get soulbound when you use them, so alternate weapons shouldn’t be a problem.
I hadn’t thought about using the invisible bag to stash stuff to sell on the TP – I’m going to steal your idea and stop using it for my spare weapons.
Maybe what we need is a way to lock a bag so the contents don’t show up for vendors, TP, the crafting discovery panel, the forge, or anywhere else you could accidentally hose yourself.
Zommorros has been gifted more than one of my spare weapons unfortunately.
