Could we get a way to invite friends that haven’t played before into the game? Like we could give them a 5 day trial to run around for awhile and see if they like the game? I mean I have some friends that don’t want to buy GW2 because of the mixed reaction it has gotten and they don’t want to spend money on a game they are unsure if they will like. I think this would be a good way of showing people that don’t want to buy, it that they might like it.

they had a free friend weekend. Also tell your friends to stop listening to reviews, and just buy it or not. There is no monthly to it, if they are MMO fans they will probably like it if they are WoW fan boys they probably will hate a lot of things in GW2. If they are real life friends let them make a character on your account and play it.

Arena net has stated that they will probably be doing more friend weekends in the future but a permanate thing wont happen this is a non monthly sub game. the reasons why WoW and other games have trail’s is because they want them to pay the sub.

Although maybe an option to purchase a friend pass for 3 days through gem store for 2000 gems would be feasible
