Could we pah-lease get the Wizard Tower involved in the Living Story in a major way? It is by far one of the most interesting landmarks in the series. It was mysterious in Guild Wars 1 and it still remains just as ambiguous 250 years later here. It seems like such a waste! I would like it if the wizard in the tower (Isgarren) could make his way into becoming the main antagonist. Scarlet seemed to be too much of a Harley Quinn type ho hum villain who just doesn’t strike me as particularity threatening. She’s just more of a nuisance.

If this wizard can levitate a castle in the air for centuries, keep elementals subdued into protecting people and somehow manage to keep any invasion out of his castle. Chances are this is one hell of a magic user! So let’s see him already!

I’m more interested to find out what he’s doing to the people he’s inviting into the castle that never return. Already that’s more interesting to investigate then whatever the next living story is going to be.

Also if they are able to build this huge tower of Nightmares in the middle of Kessex without ANYONE noticing. Why didn’t they just build that next to the Wizard Tower so the Krait and Nightmare Court could climb to the top and overrun the floating island by invading it?

Honestly, I’m not a big lore person. But the Wizard’s Tower has always been intriguing to me. I’d love to find out more about it.

The Wizard Tower looks certainly intimidating, I’d love to be able to enter it or at least do something other than looking at it!
The idea of using the tower of nightmares as a magical beanstalk is also charming! Sounds like a lovely homage to fairy tales.
