ArenaNet you need to communicate better with your playerbase! Add other time zones to your info posts and communicate more clearly about your plans with the players.

I’m annoyed to always be searching for time zone infos just like many other players too. How hard it would be to add other time zones to your posts and infos? It takes less than 30 seconds for you and it would save hundreds of post in the forums about the matter + It would save a lot of frustration of many players. Please start taking account other players playing in different time zones too.

Also you should start being true to your word. If you say an event starts at 9pdt it should start then. Not a half an hour later no matter if the event is tied to swimming hippopotamus or in-game time of day. Waisting players time like that is disrespectful for your customers.

I’m also very sad to see that you’ve just deleted my other thread about the matter. I hope that you atleast took a note of the things mentioned there so you can do things better in the future.

First off ANet doesn’t have to do what you demand. You are one player out of thousands that play the game. If you wanted you could have put in a constructive criticism about this issue to them. Also they can’t always start things on schedule. Sometimes there are bugs that get noticed, or they have issues launching a build. Sometimes the servers don’t cooperate as well. These are issues beyond their control.
