I would really like to see Arena Net introduce a refund item system.

I bought the super greatsword skin by accident yesterday instead of single handed super sword. I realised within a few seconds and the sword is useless to me as I’ve already bought one for when I create a melee character.

As you can imagine I was terribly fruhstrating after farming the baubles to find that I can’t refund the item. If a refund cooling off period was introduced this would save a lot of pain which I sure people have gone through making accidental purchases after investing lots of time in farming.

I imagine that like myself, many others have contacted arena net asking if they could refund the item for them for the same reason and being declined. This would probably free up their technical support team as well.

Maybe add buyback type thing to token vendors only that “sells back”

I have a friend who has done this with Karma items.

I have only made the occasional small unwanted purchase because of game lag. (Double-click a Salvage Kit – nothing happens right away – double click it again, and get TWO salvage kits when the game catches up.)
