Why is there no option to refund your badges at least for an hour or so after purchasing? Or at the very least some confirmation text before taking out 300 badges out of my pocket ?
I just accidentally bought the wrong Item from the WvW Honor Badge Vendor.
I doubled clicked him once and nothing happened ( Lag) so when i tryed to double click him again the menu opened at the exact same time and i doubled clicked some item not even fitting my class ? So now what ? 300 badges gone to the wind ? How is this option not in game from the start ? How hard it is to think ?

yes this is a big issue, people may buy the wrong item for Kharma, Badges etc and realize its not waht they need but they are screwed…There should at least be a 2 hour grace period for items bought…

2 hour grace period (which only counts time logged in…NOT offline time)
Also cant equip the item will be fine

Pffh. Almost no game has this except WoW and it took like 2 expansion to get it. Just submit a report. In most games they give it back to you and if it becomes an actual issue then they will devote resources to creating an option. But right now they have bigger fish to fry other than an extremely rare mistake.

I hate that it happened, but this is one of those things where it pays to slow down and click carefully. I don’t think a refund option is the answer – don’t want to encourage test driving, but a better confirmation dialogue might have mitigated the issue.

Well its not like it was my mistake. With the huge lag spikes we have in WvW its not exactly my fault and it was only a matter of time .

Their stance on this is actually extremely clear. They won’t refund any in game purchases (gold, karma, or even gems), even if those extra purchases are made due to lag.

Its not jthat i didnt look at what i clicked its that the vendor did not react at first cause of Lag and when i tryed to double click him again the menu opened and i doubled clicked some random item inside

This should be something that get addresses. It’s a UI shortcoming. Make sure it gets reported. Bug it and let them know it’s not okay in it’s current state.

We should be able to sell it back to the same vendor at least until re-zoning or loading.

Exactly or if not sell back then at least some thing like " Are you Sure ….. ? Yes – No " How hard is that ?
