Please see the attached image. In it is one of the Divinity Guide NPC’s in DR. Please give me his jacket or, through some mechanism, allow me to acquire that jacket in a reasonable way.

I’m almost positive it’s a HotM Skin.

If you meant Hall of Monuments skin then nope it isn’t
