done by now.”
There are currently ways to queue up to leave an overflow and return to your home server, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to join an overflow server if your home server isn’t full yet. As it stands, on my home server there are never enough players to fight Teq, and last night there were not enough players to tackle the Mad King’s Labyrinth either. I would have liked to be able to jump to a more populated overflow, but the method was not available.
You’d have to guest over to a server that you thought would be more populous. Then if that server is very full it spawns an overflow and you’re sent there. Even if it doesn’t make an overflow, your chances of having companions to do events is still higher on the other shard than on your own (according to you OP).
I suppose I could, but can’t you only guest a few times per day? I’d rather not have to guest to other servers just to find critical mass to do the content. It’d be nice to just cut out the middleman and be able to hop directly from a local zone to an overflow one with the refugees of a dozen servers.
