Guild Wars 2

At the moment Judge’ Intervention can be used to move throught small gaps/holes/ but what about water? If i target foe which is on the other shore why skill just blink and does not allow me to teleport to my foe?? Also in skill description there is said “Teleport to your target and burn nearby foes.” Teleport to target so why when i target ally i cant teleport to him to gain mobility and to catch up with him if I’m behind?

With water, it probably measures along the bottom of the river (or whatever it is) instead of across the surface. That’s annoying with a lot of skills.

And I don’t think any skill can be targeted on an ally unless it’s AoE ground targeting.
