I saw this guy post about factions. He wanted GW to turn into WoW, with race specific factions. Here are my ideas:
I do like the idea of factions coming back. However, I don’t like the idea of the factions being race specific, like on WoW. I would also like to see new races be introduced.
Hylek, and Tengu in the Canthan expansion. (I would LOVE to play as a Warden, but I don’t see that happening)
Centaur, and Undead (like Palawa Joko) in the Elonan expansion
and Kodan, in Tyria
In Cantha, have Tengu and Hylek. and stick to Kurzick and Luxon. Have the Jade Sea be ravaged by the Dragons coming back, forcing the Luxons South-East into the Kursick territory, and forcing the Kurzicks South of Echovald Forest or something.
In GW2, it is said that Palawa Joko has taken control of Elona, so why not have more factions like For Palawa, or Against? The centaurs of Kourna and Vabbi, rebelling against the Undead of the Desolation.
And add nothing in Tyria accept the Kodan as a playable race, and expand the map North to where the Kodans homeland would be.
Any ideas? I would love to see everyones opinions on this!
