I don’t like that GW2 is choosing the Black Lion chest as a way to push some Gem Store content. While I’m sure this is not true for everyone, I’m not going to spend real-world money on “chance to get” promotions, such as the chance to get a Fused Weapon ticket from the Black Lion chest. I would however buy a Fused Weapon Ticket for gems. You are missing at least this customer by not selling a “sure thing.”

And for all customers they are missing out someone else is spending double the amount of gems on keys for the chests.
