Karma/Tier Armour Vendors: Allow Refunds

After experiencing a nasty accident of purchasing the wrong armour and being blatantly told their current system is unable to restore it, there needs to either be a small time frame in which you can sell back the item or a simple confirmation window.

confirmation yes, refunds NO, the reasons for no refunds are obvious I think.. We would lose a needed karma sink.

Yes to at least a confirmation window as I have bought the wrong armour and then not have enough karma to get the right armour,
