So, I think it’s about time you stop kitten ing your players off and rewarding the people that actually PAY and SUPPORT this game. No one likes to buy $35 worth of keys and get nothing that they actually wanted from your RNG chest… we all realize this is a scam. I find it sick since I would love a ticket for every weapon, but it’s rigged so you can rip $50 off one person which means there is no chance we can fill our PvP lockers up cause your supporting ripping off 1 unknowing player each, then supporting people that actually enjoy collecting, or want multiple skins.

Why not keep RNG as you obvious will, and give us a “Bonus Point” for every 800/1000 gems spent, and say you can buy a Jade Ticket with 2 points… so it allows us to not be COMPLETELY ripped off and keeps RNG in the game as you desire.

I agree with OP. These boxes are going too far. It’s time A.net stops doing this, because long term they can’t be financially viable. Even the most stupid player will eventually stop buying them, and the influx of stupid players is limited in this game.
