ANet, can you make a system that cannot kick or be kicked from a party during combat?

1.) This should have been posted in Suggestions, and may be moved there.
2.) I’m in support for this type of idea. Even if you were doing horrible, they shouldn’t kick you from the dungeon until after combat has been completed.
