Kicking
They’re working on it they said.
Where did you see that? I’m interested in knowing what they said!
Oh no. My wife was just in a COE run and a guy started being a jackarse to her. Bam. Kicked. No need for that kind of rudeness and jackwagonry. Suck it up and find another group. Not being able to kick is a terrible idea. Try not pugging instead by finding a dungeon centric guild.
This used to happen to me all the time when I played Dc Universe. They eventually made it where you couldn’t kick during pugs when queing but it still went on when people would make groups and let someone in. Too bad GW2 doesn’t have a que system.

That should go both ways don’t you think ? If the OP should just suck it up when getting kicked for no reason shouldn’t your wife just suck it up when some dude is being a jerk for no reason ?
Nope. Cussing someone out is extremely rude and much more offensive than just being kicked from a group for no reason.
When I was playing Mabinogi, the teams cannot kick team members while the team entered dungeons or quest maps. The result is there are players that are extremely high level but once entered the quest, they do nothing.
Now we’ve learnt what to do when such player is around. If we can’t kick him, we quit. Re-banding at the enterence takes time but it’s better than tolarating troublemakers.

However cussing someone out is also a reportable and bannable offense and against game rules. Rather then kicking a person for that you should report and leave the proper course of action take place. It is too easy to state that “just before the final boss I kicked so and so out for cursing at me”. Yes it is rude and offensive but it also creates an excuse which could be easily abused.

I agree cussing is extremely rude and offensive, however wasting 2-3 hours of someone’s time, effort, food and gold with nothing in return as the rewards are at the end of the run (fractals) is just as bad.
In most cases, if the run will turn sour (due to lack of skill or lack of manners) you’ll find out in the first few minutes or somewhere before the middle of the run, not at the end of the dungeon.
