Please it will be very usefull the possibility to see the latency (ping) in the game

If you’re running Windows 7 you can open task manager, then open resource monitor and it will show you all traffic and latency used by the gw2executable and threads. I usually see three connections and average 200-250ms from Southern Africa > London > US (weird huh since the server should be EU based).

thx for your advice, but i prefer something better than alt-tab. The ping meter was a part of the interface of GW1, and it looks strange that here there isn’t.

I agree, would love to see one in game too.
