ANet,
I was just wondering if you guys were paying attention when SWTOR and TERA were released. Both of those games launched under huge hype, yet both launch with little or no endgame PvE content. Less than a year later (heck, not even 5 months in the case of TERA), both of those game must be considered failures, at least in terms of retaining players.
Can’t help but be curious as to why you would watch something like this happen and then roll this game out, knowing that there is nothing for anyone at the level cap to do. Elitist dungeons do tend to scare away casual players, you know.

They aren’t elitist dungeons, people have been pugging them. You just need to find a decent group, make sure you have the right traits and abilities and work as a team. Preferably also join a guild since this makes it easier to find competent people and you have the advantage of vent or TS.

Thanks to the explorable paths there are over 30 dungeons, which is actually a pretty decent amount to launch with.

The biggest problem with the SWTOR raids were the horrendous bugs. We had hours of wiping and resetting due to them, such as the floor being completely missing at Soa and the pylon boss becoming unclickable.

Dungeons need to be rearranged a little bit because obviously, most of the players are discouraged by known reasons.

As for WvWvW, it should mean something more than just badges and winning bonuses for your server.

Personally I haven’t seen anyone discouraged in-game, only on the forums so far. On my server map chat in all the zones with a dungeon is absolutely full of people looking for groups for both story and explorable, even in Orr. There are one or two bosses / trash groups that could be tweaked a little though.

What sort of things would you like to see added to WvW?

Endgame starts at lvl 1. If you include dungeons, at lvl 30. Either you enjoy that sort of gameplay, or you don’t.

Then I think my copy is broken becaues at lvl 1 my character had only 1 skill and no traits. Since its end game shouldn’t I already have fully developed skills for my character? Afterall you claim it is endgame.
