I personally think it would awesome if there were a few dyes that gave your armor a graphical effect like a mirror dye or ghostly or like eternity or a dye that was rainbow. I would also like to hear suggestions for such dyes

No to this because “legendary” = astronomic price

Duh, but they would be crafted similarly to Legendary Weapons, which are also astronomically priced.
