Even if it would cost about 300g. I’d definitely make use of a service in which you can exchange a legendary weapon for another for another character on your account.

After making one or two legendaries, most people won’t make another since it’s a lot of work. So thought it would be nice if it was possible to switch a legendary over to another character on the same account and change it into another weapon type at the same time, but at high costs.

I know you can, but i’m also talking about changing the type of weapon.

For example, i got a warrior who has an axe and shield legendary. Besides my warrior i’m also playing an elementalist lately, but my elementalist can’t use axe or shield. So in that case it would be sweet to change that into a staff legendary. That’s why i’m also talking about a heavy cost.

This is a nice idea but different types of legendaries have varying costs. Their price must be unified then. I also think that they should give us an opportunity to exchange our legendaries for the new one of the same type when new legendaries come.(one time only) For example if i have the legendary staff, i should be able to exchange mine with the new staff skin for once.

What could be done it another mystic forge recipe that would allow us to create a legendary weapon from another. Lets say by salvaging a legendary you will get one item every time, a ‘legendary token’ if it were. and by combining that token with the gift of the new legendary you wanted. For example if i wanted the bifrost i would make the gift of the bifrost.
And the recipe would be something like:

‘legendary token’
Gift of [legendary being created]
Bloodstone shard
[place holder]

you can see it would require more thought ….. this post is rather rushed but i hope you get the idea.
