This is not a post about the grind up towards legendaries or anything about that

This is a post about legendary kill finishers. That’s right, you heard it. Kill finishers.
Seeing how there are already a bunch of finishers, I don’t think this is a really far-fetched suggestion.

I made a post on a different site and got some nice suggestions, along with my own. Posted below is a few suggestions

Frostfang incases the enemy in ice and shatters on impact

Flameseeker makes a giant tombstone fall from the heavens crushing the person and writing their name out in the krytan language

Quip has a pin the tail on the donkey theme going on

Juggernaut turns the enemy into solid metal, ala hand of Midas

Predator disintegrates the enemy

Kudzu causes the dead body to be enveloped by tree roots

The Minstrel doesn’t kill, instead it turns the enemy invulnerable, and forces /dance on them for eternity

I don’t intend for these to be the actually finishers, just brainstorming fun.
Do you guys have any ideas? I very much encourage you to post your ideas!

Seconded, definitely, would be neat. That being said, I’d like to see more subtle effects than (for example) a giant tombstone EVERY TIME you finish someone, like maybe some krytan script floating out the side when you finish the stomp.

Yeah, anything to make legendaries even more worth the huge effort they take is welcome. I wouldn’t like if they were too over the top however.

Bumping this! I think this is a great idea and that it would make Legendary weapons even more worth it
