Lengendary footstep with ele conjure weapons.

I have an ele which is 90% of the time using conjure weapon.
Apart from the small increase of stat from legendary, while wielding a conjure weapon, there is no visual effect of the legendary no more.
Would be nice if the visual effects still shows while wielding such weapon…
