Let us buy dungeon locked runes with badges.
I really like dungeons, but agree that this would be a great use for badges, and would sort out the overpricing of dungeon runes – particularly for WvW only players who need the runes and have an excess of badges.

For me, the runes should stay locked behind dungeon tokens, but not account-bound. So we can sell them on the TP.
Well, as I’ve heard ANet plans to completely re-structurize the token rewarding system soon, which might even affect WvW players (more tokens for some runs), but not completely fills the gap.
Is PvE player who absolutely hates the necessity of going into PvP jumping puzzles, I think this somewhat similar to forcing WvW players to run the dungeons.
I think you should be able to 4×10 tokens of any dungeon (or wvw badges) into the mystic forge and get ~30 tokens of a random dungeon back. But even here, a fix of CoF runs have to be restricted beforehand

I agree with this, all runes should be bind on equip regardless of where you get them.

And the Superior versions of both runes and sigils should flush for randoms in the Mystic Toilet, just like exotic weapons.
Additionally, it would be nice if after a certain point, the special season runes and sigils would be added to the mystic toilet loot table as well.

My preference would be to have all runes/sigils tradeable regardless of obtainment method, but for some reason the Dev team seems invested in making so many useful items BoP when adding more fluidity to the market should be a good thing.
