Wouldn’t it be better to teleport to a waypoint (with the necessary cost of course) without making a useless load of the previous map you played on?

It would be a lot better to choose the starting point after character select screen.

For example: you left your character in Lions Arch last time and you played and now you want to go to COF… you have to endure two loading screens in order to get to your desired location.

This could be abused if the cost isn’t applied because the gold sink of waypoints would be bypassed. Keep the cost from traveling between waypoints and this would be a great idea.

Or you could simply log out at CoF?

Seems like a complaint just to complain. Unless the loading screens are taking you 30 minutes to get through there is not a huge difference between 1 loading screen and 2.

throwin’ my two cents’ worth in here — perfectly useless idea. you can actually wp directly from la to the cof wp. oh, wait, you wanna save the money, right? i’d say, just make the money or, as kokocabana said, you can just log out. don’t ask the devs to help supplement your laziness, please. you went to la for a reason, you’ll go back to cof for a reason. that’s your deal, not theirs.
