Guild Wars 2

So I just hit 80 on my ele (first time) and I’m wondering what gear to get. I have 650+ BoH 18g around 450k karma etc. I plan to do wvw (zerging) and pve most of the time. What stats are good and what kind of gear should I buy? Also build recommendations welcome!

Oh and 72 laurels.

Combine some Dungeon Armors and Temple (Karma) Armor,
-20 Laurels + 250 BoH for Ascended amulet from WvW Laurel Merchant
-40 Laurels + 50 ectos for 1 Ascended Accessory
-10 Pristine Fractal Relics for Ascended Ring

For WvW, ESP since you are starting out, Either get Knights or Soldiers Gear(WvW vendor has both for BoH’s, you can buy Knights from the TP for about 2g a piece). Go Staff (Bersker’s) and get Berserker’s Rings and Cavaliers Accessories (Bathazaar Temple IIRC 42k for each. you need 2). For the Neck get ascended with Utility slot (For +20MF, +20% Karma, or +20Gold Find), Stat wise I am not sure as I went Celestial on mine.

Runes;

Either Sup. Runes of the Centaur, or Sup Runes of the Traveler (Even with your staff swiftness Skill, its just one less thing to worry about)

for your Trait Build, referr to the Ele sub Forum. I play glass so I run 30/30/0/0/10. But its survivability isnt that great for WvW. you might want to run a Water/earth spec.
