It would be really satisfying to have a title or a cosmetic reward associated with this achievement. After all, that’s the hard mode for the hard mode boss, right?
I’d like to second this, the reward needs to be greater as this is one of the hardest achievements (from an actual player-skill perspective) out there.
There needs to be a title so those that have slaved over this can be recognized.
