I would like to start my topic by thanking the developers for making perma- gathering tools account bound and therefore permitting them to not be stuck on a single character you might not be playing as much as before! Wow , thumbs up for that game change !
That being said, could we see something similar with the living story rewards. For example, and I will take one that is the less favored , the fused gauntlets. I gave mine back in the days to my ranger (medium armor) and have recently realized that they would be kick-kitten on my light armor. The problem is , no Transmutation Splitter nor any Npc in the game exist for such a transfer. I mean, I loved how for Dragon Festival , you had the opportunity to get one for each tier of armor (light, medium , heavy) or how during Halloween the mask was obtainable on each of your character if you took the time to do the Mad King says event on multiple characters.
Therefore , I’d suggest that the Black Lion Weapons Specialist would also take care of item cases like this one
