Currently people can place orders for items at 1c per item, which effectively shuts down instant selling for that item since you can’t sell them for 1c even if you wanted to. I can’t think of any good or legitimate reason anyone would place custom orders for 1c, therefore why not have a minimum custom order of 1c above sell to vendor price. Otherwise players can lockout everyone’s ability to set custom orders and sell to the current highest buyer.

This is not the problem. The problem is that there is no one that puts a buy order above the vendor value. I guess you were trying to sell some item that almost no one wanted to buy. With most items 1c offers mean nothing, if people want the item they will place an order, for which the item can be sold.

Oh wow, I totally had the math thing backwards in my head. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last.
