Can we please get a menu page where we can view our lockout timers for dungeons? I logged out for 8 hours to sleep, logged back in and I am still getting DR… How can I take advantage of farming a dungeon or breaking the game when I am logged out for 8 hours? Makes no sense to me. A timer would really help with this issue and it wouldn’t give anyone any kind of advantage over anyone else…

There is no timer for obvious reasons.

Primarily, the DR is in place to stop you from overdoing things. It’s a bit like having the Clippit tell you something like “Have you considered doing something else for a while?”

I would spend time doing other things if I knew when the 4 hours would end between dungeon runs… This game is ascetics based. Don’t try to tell me it isn’t .. Legendary weapons are purely ascetics, they offer no stats you can’t get off of an Exotic weapon. So people wanting to run dungeons to get the gear they like the look of… becomes a real chore when DR is kicking in. Personally if I would go do something else for a while if I could see when I can go back to farming the dungeon I want the gear from.
