I know an in game LFG feature is most likely in the works but please add a feature for sorting out player skill, I say skill for a lack of a better word at the moment.

A simple selection of choices such as:

  • New
  • Casual
  • Experienced
  • Veteran
  • Hard Core

Maybe even a Role Play option for people who enjoy that sort of thing, a story mode option for people who want to watch the cut scenes or a speed run option for people just wanting to get through as quick as possible.

Something along those lines, so the LFG system can assign like minded players as best it can.

I do not know if it’s possible to be worked into the game, just some random idea popped into my head reading some of the complaints around the forum.

Of course, if there is no LFG feature being worked on, then may I suggest that as well.

OMG a person that has done some research and is not asking for the same old BS that has been re-posted a million times, instead is offering actual suggestion to an upcoming feature release. Bravo +1 from me.

Although with that said I would like to point out one flaw in this,

What happens when a player picks Hard core and is a casual or novice but wants to be carried?
or
What happens when a novice or casual gamer picks Hardcore to learn from better players and gets the boot cause the “Hard core” players find out, even though the novice is doing 110% of his effort to help out?

I like the idea not saying it is bad but I see a lot of different problems with it

If you start out at novice eventually you will get better, but that is a slow process. Now you are mixed form Veteran and hard core players that instill knowledge and information on the people that may or may not know any better and it creates an environment that allows us all to benefit from each other. Going into a random pug people are not as uptight about, " Being the best of the best of the best of the best sir" cause most of the mature and logical players are expecting to have players that have a lack of information and are willing to help out. When you start to categorize like so your creating a boundary that can be unforgiving at times and can Potentially break down the friendly and helpful atmosphere we have now. Not saying that there are not people out there now like that, just saying this option has the potential to bring those type of people out more.
