I really feel like the Loot and Karma system need to change. Right now it feels like normal mobs vs veteran and champions drop the same kind of loot.
Example doing the DE Tactian Megil in cursed shore , where you burn corpses and 15 maggots spawn from each corps. This DE chain gives a full bag of items takes less then 10 min to do , and grant 1000+ karma.
Vs going with my friends to hunt som champions in Frostgorge , taking 2-5 min to kill each one yet is as rewarding as killing A maggot…
My suggestion is to remove hidden anti farm stuff and use the same system as the XP system , the longer the Mob has been up the better the loot.
Also Champion loot > Vetaran loot > Normal loot.
Also instead of the Karma cap , make it so each DE gives less XP and Karma and Silver each time you do it within a timeframe, say 3 hours not to mess with the Meta Events.
Then DE reward by default could be inscreased also.
I would much rather feel rewarded by going around doing different kinds of DEs, hunting down harder mobs instead of AOE down Maggots or Waves of Undead that die in less then 2 seconds for the best loot and gold gain.
Also the rate at which the bonus exp and loot stack up could be tweaked using the numbers of people in a zone, not to punish those players who playing during the busy hours or busy zones.
