I really hate one thing in Guild Wars. Living World is cool thing, but if we want know everything we must follow game, site, forum etc. Great example is “Message from Queen Jennah”. Most of people even don’t log in into official site.
So why don’t You send mail to ppl into game? Or make interactive cutscene which can be run via email (something like cutscene with Dragon Bash).
This will be cool solution, and most ppl can totally dive into lore.
