I’d be satisfied with #4, tbh. Why let a quadcore go to waste?
Also, #5:
Optimization by CPU architecture. As is, folk have differing experiences from an Intel system, than with an AMD. If we could optimize the game for either CPU type, it might just improve performance, overall.

5 is the same is 4 because if you have an AMD gaming rig i think you go for the octa core processor, then all cores will be used

There are two things happening that people define as lag. One is graphical lag (which I’d consider more of a performance problem), the other is actual server lag. The sugestions you’re giving are great for increasing performance (I specifically would love to have 1 and 2, or at least a particle slider, and 4), but would do nothing for server lag, which is the one I see most complained about.
Basically the general idea is, if the game and your skills are responsive (as in, skill happen when you press or click on them), but you have slow FPS, then it’s computer performance that is the problem, but if you click on an ability and takes a little while to process, or you see things suddenly stop moving (specially if the FPS remains somewhat smooth), then it’s a server lag issue.
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.
More things can be also done:
You know when the lowest WvW Character Quality option is chosen in the graphics menu all players get new low resolution models in WvW to reduce lag.
So I think those armors of the models should be redone. They should make new armors for the models that are even more less detailed, because the current ones already exist ingame and they still have not needed details. Oh and the lowest WvW Character Quality options doesn’t change the players weapons. They should also make low quality/detailed weapons for the models. And i personally think that the models should have normal animations.
I never known that it uses only 1 core. Yes, making the game use all cores would be perfect, as I’m tired of getting medium FPS while disabling some things while at other new triple A games I’m getting a lot more frames with more features enabled.
It uses 4 but inefficiently.
It doesn’t use only one core. Most games do use all 4 if you have a quad core, but you have high diminishing returns after 3. If you’re CPU usage is not at 100% when playing any game, then there’s something bottlenecking such as amount of RAM, memory bandwidth, or GPU.
Here’s an article on it.
