We need some type of sender history list. i just sent out a crap ton of ascended materials to the wrong person by accident in LA and they refuse to return to sender, a report option would be nice too for when things like this happen. i am Furious right now

That’s your mistake so Anet won’t do anything about it just like if you accidentally delete or salvage the wrong item. It would be nice of the receiver to return the items in case of errors like this but they are not required to and it’s not against the rules to keep them so a report wouldn’t accomplish anything.

It’s your fault for mailing tons of items to a random stranger. Imagine you did this in real life. Would the person receiving your mail be at fault? Obviously not.
