So why isn’t there an option to mail to your own characters? Personally I feel it is really annoying when I find a really cool weapon that would be good for another character, to have to go all the way back to the bank and put it there for them. And then as that character you have to retrieve it out of there again. Wouldn’t it be better to simply be able to mail directly to the character so as soon as you log in with that character, you could get the item you sent yourself?

I think it’s because it could basically be exploited as a larger bank. Mail tons of items to a mule character and just never hit the take all button. I believe it saves up to 10 mails with 5 items each, so that’s an extra 50 slots of storage potentially.
