Leveling is quite easy in this game and you can quickly move up to different zones which would sometimes require you to change gathering equipment to be effective on the nodes on that map. A perfect example for this is the transition from 1-15 => 15-25 map. I would still end up with a few extra copper tools.

We cant sell the extra tools.

Black Lion tools. I can’t farm with 1 toon using the BL tools if I have gained it via chest on an alt

TLDR: Make Gathering Tools Account Bound

I’d be happy if they just make it possible to sell it back to the NPC.

Like… PLEASE.

Feels so wasteful to destroy them for space.
