Recently I’ve lost one of my items which had the Toxic Antitoxin Injector skin, the back item dissapeared out to nowhere, during a simple unequipping before a fractal puzzle.
Customer service can’t replace such or pretty much any items, so there is no chance for getting it back.
I can get one per account and completing the instance with an other character won’t give me another one.

Make Living World story rewards, like skins Unlockable Rewards and put it next to Zenith Weapon Skins and Radiant skins in the Achievements Summary window.
At least make those obtainable for each character we complete the instance/achievemnt with.

Same here with the Wings of the sunless. I have used them on a crafted ascended back piece which I later infused. During that process the skin was lost and support simply said “we can’t give it back”. Such a weird policy to be honest especially when spending so much time getting some of the skins and when it’s not even your own fault losing them.

+1 for that suggestions. When they are account bound from LS make them available the same way as the radiant/flame skins.
