Make a "Constructive criticism" sub forum
Just because not everyone writes like Ned Flanders it doesn’t mean suggestions doesn’t contain constructive feedback.
The only thing the suggestion section needs is a better search and more organization. Things like a way to tag a thread as ‘repeated’ and point to threads already talking about that so people stop making repeated threads and discussions about the same subject are focused on a single thread.
The game has both good and bad points, and where people see good things, they play them and enjoy them and rarely come to the forums, since they are busy having fun, and when people see bad things, they come to suggest how to change or improve them, and to complain about them, and while complains may go in other sections, suggestions go here.
If you want some section to be filled with “Thank you anet” threads or something like that, that’ll be pointless.
If you want to give ANet a thank you, make a blog post, tweet it, or post it in other social media and things like those, to spread the word, so people see the game and more players come, instead wasting everyone’s time and pissing those who are affected by issues that do not affect you by making them feel like you are mocking them with a “Everything is fine for me! What about you…? Eh…? Fine fr you? No? Though luck, then! Thank you ANet!”
Some people do not seem to understand that something working and being fine for some doesn’t mean it should not be fixed when it doesn’t work for the rest, and by posting the “Everything is fine by me, change nothing” threads, no matter what their real intention is, since they always appear after people make threads to complain, that always makes them looks like responses to those and they will always be seen as trolling to some degree by those affected.
Imagine you are in a classroom and the heating breaks, so they bring an electric heater, and it doesn’t work very well, so it only heats in a small spot around it.
Then some pupil suggest that the heater be moved around the classroom in turns, so everyone gets some heat.
But then, the kid next to the heater says: “No! No! Bad suggestion! It’s working perfectly for me! Change nothing”.
Of course, the rest of the class with think the guy is a jerk.
That’s exactly how people annoyed and frustrated by bugs and other issues feel when they see one of those “It’s fine by me, ignore complains” thread disguised as “thank you threads” and “change nothing” threads.
Well, i see some of your points, but what i mean is… There is impossible to be on this forums without finding 9/10 threads wich is hating etc. I would like to get all those threads in one forum. So they arent flooding all the forums. Because simply, the guild wars 2 general discussion should be talkin about the game. Not talking about how ANET liead to us, wich is it ATM
That’s what moderators are for, merging threads, moving them to their proper sections and giving infractions to those who keep making thread about the same subject when there’s already one and threads in wrong sections.
Maybe they should be a little more strict, and some way of tagging people and giving them automated warnings through the forum messages and so.
Also, no one should be allowed to post in any forum without watching this video first:

And who decides whether the criticism is constructive?
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

I post constantly on the forums with meaningful suggestions all the time to improve the game, mix that in with the occasional QQ post – does that mean I hate the game? No, I want to see this game succeed where others have failed – the problem right now, is anet is doing a rather good job of making the game fail and not listening to all the signficiantly well thought out criticisms and genuine concerns of the players ~ we just get forum infractions from over zealous moderators instead.

Do whatever it takes if you care about this game -
The creation of a “Constructive Criticism” sub-forum would send the message that non-constructive criticism would then be allowed on every other sub-forum. I don’t think that’s the message they want to send.
